I have had issues with the service department which have now been resolved in a timely fashion. I Have not had a bad experience since.

great experience overall, great price on a lease, they were the only dealer willing to negotiate a good price. Customer service was great and the Warren Henry Advantage is great!!!!

Overall the best experience I have had at a car dealership. Great inventory, prices and service. Not only do they inquire into what you want in a car but they also make sure to let you see all of the options and figure out which option works best for you. No games just passion for automobiles.

When I contacted this dealership, I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend, but that isn't always easy with a wide range of selection. Saqib was so helpfull in getting me accurate information and really helping me decide among the various options I had. He was very patient with us to make sure that we were happy. In comparison with the other dealership in South Florida, Warren Henry exceded all my expectation by a long shot! I would recommend Saqib to anyone!

I recently leased a new QX56 from Warren Henry Infiniti. The experience from start to finish was a pleasure. Everyone there was super friendly. When I went for a test drive, the salesperson had in-depth knowledge of both the car and all the sophisticated technology the car uses. I was quite impressed. This dealership is first rate!

The Warren Henry team was great across the board. Each department was very helpful and accommodating. Although I was probably a pain as a potential purchaser, because I test drove almost every car on the lot, they still followed through with extreme patience. Then the most important part of the purchase, the sale. I couldn't believe the overall deal I got on my car and I was extremely satisfied when I walked out the door. I give this rating because I feel like anyone interested in buying/leasing a car offered by a Warren Henry dealer, should really consider their dealership as I don't know how other dealerships in town can compete.

Alain and Ismet helped me find the right vehicle and deal with easy.
They were freindly, cuteous, and professionsal. This is my 4th purchase from Warren Henry Infinity and I was thinking of switching to a different brand. They are the reason why I stayed and will most likely return for a 5th vehicle!

It was my first time buying a car and I did not feel like I was taken advantage of. All the other dealerships I went too I felt like I was being pushed into buying something I didn't want and they didn't care about my best interest. Warren Henry Infiniti, really made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I had many questions, they answered them all. I felt like they where actually looking out for my best interest. The process was no long and rigorous as I expected. I recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a car.
